Tempus’ information and business process improvement solutions have been founded on our observations of current business operational conditions, in which companies store and isolate data in silos that result in inefficiencies. A key to gaining organisational efficiencies is to re-engineer these silos to allow for free flowing data.

Using our innovative approach Tempus collaborates with businesses to improve operational efficiencies. The outcome to business results in time saving, reducing process spend, reduced risk and increase compliance. These skills have been learnt in working for a variety of market sectors such as aerospace, mining, power, manufacturing, government, non-for profit, education, health, and oil and gas.

Nirmala Gunadasa
Nirmala GunadasaManaging Director
Nirmala Gunadasa is the Managing Director of Tempus, responsible for directing Tempus’ innovative business model of driving efficiencies into business, with a focus on strategic outcomes for clients utilising the best in Tempus’ people.

Nirmala’s career spans client service across Australia, NZ, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and the US. As an engineer, he has experience in working, managing and directing teams to deliver client outcomes in many market sectors including mining, energy, infrastructure, environment and planning.

Simon Jackett
Simon JackettTechnology Director
Simon as Tempus’ Technology Director, is responsible for overseeing Tempus’ solutions architecture, technology market relevance and oversight to facilitate the delivery of efficient business systems utilising Tempus’ in-house development and analysis team.

Simon has a background in computer systems engineering. Simon’s career spanning across many client sectors has allowed him to oversee many solutions in the technology sector. As an engineer, delivering holistic and end to end solutions that are customer focused is his core objective.

Horatio Cardoz
Horatio CardozOperations Director
As Operations Director, Horatio is responsible for the oversight, strategic direction and growth of Tempus’ delivery teams. This includes the development of processes and programs that ensures the best outcome for all Tempus’ clients.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Horatio understands process and the need for end to end solutions. He has worked in a variety of sectors delivery projects, including aerospace (design and manufacturing), mining and nuclear technology.
